A couple of weeks ago I was checking out my skin and noticed that the skin on my chest was unbelievably dehydrated and old looking. I must admit that I had not been as diligent lately with taking care of that area. I immediately came up with a plan…after all this is what I do for other people all the time.
I decided the first thing I had to do was take a before photo. I then chose my most effective anti-aging serum along with my professional LED light and went to work. Every morning I would get my coffee and my Youth Peptide Serum and get back in bed. I applied a generous amount of the serum to my chest and then turned on my LED light and placed it on my chest. For the next 20'-30 minutes I had my coffee and caught up on emails or watched the news all while my serum and light were going to work for me. I did this routine every morning for 3 weeks. It was effortless and actually really relaxing.
After 3 weeks I thought it was time to take another photo to compare. I was shocked at the improvement. I am always blown away when I do before and after photos for clients but this time is was me. I sent the photos to my sister and she didn’t believe me. She thought that I must have done something to the photos. I laughed and said, “you know me better than that.”
I have been blogging about the dry weather in Utah and my chest was the proof of what happens here if you are not diligent with your skincare routine. I now use my Youth Peptide Serum and LED a few times a week to maintain my results.
